STANFORD UNIVERSITY - gates computer science building

FCA collaborated with Robert A.M. Stern Architects to provide architectural services for the new Gates Computer Science Building.

The 5-story building features offices, and teaching and research spaces for faculty members and graduate students in the Computer Science Department. Main Program elements include auditorium, classrooms, lecture halls, computer/electronic labs, offices, and a library.

FCA responsibilities included developing architectural solutions that incorporated the design intent, aiding in code compliance review, securing approval from code enforcing agencies, preparing construction documents, and providing construction administration services.
