Build-Out of a 55,000 GSF shell space on the 5th Floor of the new Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital for a 25-bed Oncology Unit at the North Tower, a 24-bed Stem Cell Unit at the South Tower, and other support spaces including a Satellite USP 797 and USP 800 Compliant Pharmacy, Child Life Room, Adolescent and Young Adult Room, and administrative support space.
