FCA has extensive experience in the Master Planning, Programming, Design and Construction of Continuing Care Retirement Communities.
We have continuously provided A/E Services to Sequoia Living since 1993, and are currently working on a variety of projects at communities across the Bay Area.
Projects include new and renovation projects for Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living, Memory Care and Independent Living programs, resident activity spaces, dining/kitchen areas, as well as infrastructure upgrades and other support and amenity spaces.
