With over 30 years of industry experience, Kris brings a relationship-driven approach to project leadership, grounded in the belief that successful projects are built on strong collaboration among clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams. His diverse experience spans aviation and transportation, laboratories, senior living, and healthcare, giving him the versatility and ability to effectively manage projects from overall strategy and coordination through the smallest details. Kris has led numerous complex projects and teams of up to 25 people, using his strong organizational and problem-solving skills to resolve challenges, coordinate across disciplines, and develop practical, lasting solutions. He is also committed to mentoring emerging professionals and believes that senior leaders have a responsibility to actively engage junior staff throughout both the design and construction processes.

Kris served as project manager and lead designer for the Lathrop Post-Acute Recovery Center (PARC), a five-story post-acute care facility, and demonstrated his leadership and organizational expertise during construction of the 30,000-square-foot Main Kitchen at Napa State Hospital. He is currently involved in several medical imaging projects at healthcare facilities in the South Bay. His work has been recognized in publications including the Silicon Valley Business Journal. Throughout his career, Kris has developed a systematic approach to project documentation and construction administration that promotes accountability, efficiency, and client satisfaction. He combines proven management practices with contemporary approaches to project delivery, tailoring his methods to the needs of each project and team.
