Reaching 30 years of professional experience, Kris knows that successful projects are built upon successful relationships. With a hand in major market areas such as aviation & transportation, laboratories, senior living, and healthcare, Kris operates at the forefront with his broad knowledge base and his innate ability to manage sizeable projects down to the minute details.  Clients, consultants, and contractors have a high regard for his swiftness in the development of lasting solutions. He believes leaders in the profession should actively mentor and continually engage junior staff to participate in both the project design and construction process. With a history of over 15 managed projects and teams reaching 25 persons, Kris’ strategy is to utilize his keen acumen to resolve issues and coordinate among disciplines.

In addition to other notable healthcare projects, Kris is currently managing the Lathrop Post-Acute Recovery Center (PARC) in Redwood City, CA. The near 70,000 sq. ft., five-story facility is to provide short- and long-term care for post-acute patients, and has been featured in publications such as the Silicon Valley Business Journal. Kris’ systematic approach to the organization of documentation during the construction administration phase increases accountability, productivity, and client satisfaction. The construction of the 30,000 sq. ft. Napa State Hospital Main Kitchen demonstrates his proficiencies in leadership and organization. He holds an appreciation for both traditional and contemporary management practices, frequently integrating them both into his projects. Kris is currently chair of the FCA Design Committee.
