FCA has completed the Programming and Concept Design Services for the expansion and renovation of the existing main commons building, which included new multi-purpose space, an enlarged administrative hub, a theater and auditorium, a wellness center, a spa/beauty salon and other communal areas. The project also included the renovation of the existing fitness center. Schematic Design Phase was completed before the end of 2021.
