The Health Services Project for The Sequoias of Portola Valley consisted of the development of a new two-story, assisted living facility, as well as the renovation of an existing memory care unit.

The new facility includes 26 resident bedrooms, two dining rooms with associated kitchens, a parlor and spa/massage room, a physical therapy area, clinic and staff support rooms, and outdoor seating and recreation areas.
