Sharlene brings more than 30 years of management experience to FCA, overseeing the firm’s business operations, financial management, human resources, and business development. She plays a key role in identifying and matching clients and projects with the firm’s teams, enabling FCA’s principals to remain focused on project delivery and client relationships.

Sharlene has extensive knowledge of client contracts and leads the development of multidisciplinary consultant agreements and proposal packages for new and prospective projects. She also oversees FCA’s financial operations, including payroll, accounts receivable, and accounts payable, and serves as the firm’s head of Human Resources. Her organizational expertise, attention to detail, and ability to manage the many facets of the firm’s operations have been instrumental to FCA’s continued growth and success.
